The Xfinity Voice Remote (models XR11, XR15 and XR16 and the Adaptive Remote at remote.xfinity.com) is a remote control that allows you to find what you want faster by using voice commands to change channels, search for shows, get recommendations and more. If you have Xfinity X1 or Xfinity Flex, you can use your voice to quickly find your favorite content, tune to channels, search and control your DVR.

– Aim Anywhere feature
– Automatic pairing
– Easy access to accessibility features like Closed Captioning, video description and voice guidance
– TV input control

The Voice Remote is available to eligible new and existing X1 and Flex customers. Visit your nearest Xfinity Store to pick one up in person or order one to be shipped to you via UPS in a Getting Started kit (accessory shipping and handling fees will apply) through the Xfinity Assistant or by contacting us.
