Nice to meet you, I’m Gunjan!

I am a proud mother of an individual with autism. Through the journey & joy of raising my son with autism, I have acquired lived experience that has motivated me to help others. I’m a mentor at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, and an advisor with ECHO Ontario Autism, Family Partner with Autism Speaks, and PFAC member with Ontario Health.

Balancing your own needs and your family's needs can be difficult, but I have learned it is crucial for everyone involved.

It was hard to find time for myself while I was focused on helping my son, but over time I settled into routines that have made caring for myself easier.
