The Lumiscope Portable Ultrasonic Nebulizer System, which fits comfortably in your hand, was designed with portability in mind. As an ultrasonic nebulizer, this product allows you to silently administer treatments whenever and wherever you are. The adjustable flow volume gives you the ability to tailor your treatments to your specific needs. The included carrying case lets you keep all the components to this nebulizer system together, whether in storage or with you on the go. This product can be used with either the included home/auto adapter or a rechargeable battery. The home/auto adapter, however, still requires a separate adapter for use in the car.

The mouthpiece features a two-valve system that ensures maximum efficiency of inhalation to reduce the waste of medication. While you’re administering the treatment, the mouthpiece’s expiration valve will open as you exhale, letting your breath pass out into the open air, avoiding any sort of contamination. As you inhale, that same valve will close to maximize the amount of medication you will inhale during your next breath. As with all traditional ultrasonic nebulizers, this is not for use with Pulmicort or any steroid medication because of the heat that is transferred to the medication. This nebulizer requires distilled water to operate, which can be cumbersome to travel with. The disposable nebulizer cups must be replaced at least every other treatment. They cannot be disinfected or cleaned, so make sure you have plenty on hand for surprise attacks.
