With a head mouse, one can control the cursor by using head movements. A small reflective sticker is placed on the forehead or on glasses, and a receiver is attached to the screen. By moving the head a little, the cursor is moved.

TrackerPro is a plug-and-play computer mouse alternative for individuals who have little or no use of their hands. Small movements of the head move the mouse cursor on the computer screen. Left and right mouse clicks are done with one or two switches (sold separately) or a dwell selection software (sold separately).
The TrackerPro hardware is placed in front of the user on top of or directly below their computer monitor and plugs into a USB Type A receptacle on the computer. The user places a small reflective dot on their forehead, glasses, or rim of their hat. TrackerPro reads the movement of the reflective dot and translates this movement into the movement of the mouse cursor on the computer screen.
One or two switches with 1/8-in / 3.5-mm TS (mono) plugs are plugged into TrackerPro for left and right mouse click functionality. For completely hands-free mouse clicking with TrackerPro, a dwell selection software will need to be installed on the computer. Below are a few dwell selection options available today:
Windows 7, 8, or 10: Dwell Clicker 2
macOS Sierra 10.12 or High Sierra 10.13: Dwell selection functionality is part of the accessibility settings and can be activated by going to System Preferences > Accessibility > Dwell Control
macOS El Capitan 10.11 to Mavericks 10.9: DwellClick App can be purchased in the macOS App Store
Google Chrome OS: Dwell selection can be activated by going to Accessibility > Automatic clicks
