You can’t move without pain if you can’t move naturally. EVO has been designed to move together with your body, allowing for strength throughout your natural range of motion. Designed with minimal touch-points, EVO allows for an increased range of motion with the same support you expect with Ekso, allowing for more work with less pain.

Cognitive Abilities
For safe use, users must understand cause + effect (action = result). Independent use requires the ability to understand and follow 2 step instructions. Users must also have intact judgment (ability to learn that if something is unsafe, they should not do it).
Functional Abilities
Users must have a functional active range of motion.This device is most appropriate for individuals with limited strength and endurance (not limited mobility). This device is not appropriate for people with poor skin integrity where the device makes contact, UE pain with movement, painful shoulder impingement, or those with unresolved UE deep vein thrombosis.
Environment
This device can be used both indoors and outdoors. Care should be taken to protect the device from harsh elements (rain, snow, extreme temperatures) when outside. The soft parts are machine washable and can be washed in a standard washing machine when soiled.
Activities
This device allows for increased strength throughout a user’s natural range of motion (5-15 lb lift assistance per arm). It would be helpful for activities that involve carrying, lifting and working overhead.
