Full Description

The Gazelle PS Standing Frame is a vertical and horizontally tilting device for benefiting the posture of children and adults living with special needs. The unit holds a maximum of 176-pounds and is designed for children and adults under 74-inches. There is a small, medium, and large size that respectively comes in yellow, green, and blue.

The leg abductors are intelligently padded at ideal points along the leg to achieve comfort and security. They move laterally at 30-degrees. The manual leg abduction can be adjusted on one or both sides. This correctly aligns the femur and the hip. The foot supports are multi-adjustable.

The secure posture frame has a large, detailed protractor that lets you tilt this device 90-degree to negative 15-degrees. This vertical and horizontal mobility allows for the caregiver to set the user in a prone or supine position. By placing the child in the Gazelle PS in a posterior position, they are lying flat facing upwards which is also known as supine. When the child is placed in the gadget with their chest against the main padded cushion, they are lying in an anterior position, also known as prone. An optional headrest is available with a facial aperture. This hallowed center headrest allows for airflow, security, and a prone lying position.

Optional add-ons are available for this standing frame. There is a head support category with four different styles of head supports with unique side designs. All of the headrests come in the same padded vinyl upholstery to match the rest of the unit. There is a headband system along with a super comfy width adjustable headrest with or without speakers. For side support, there are two sized options of three padded ribcage lateral supports. The padded lateral supports can be chosen to extend further than the standard sides, can be flush with the sides of the unit, or can be placed closer to the body. There are a chest strap and an activity table with a bowl and flat cover.
