The Graham-Field Lumex Sit to Stand Lift helps those who have difficulty getting up from a stationary position, to be able to begin their daily routine either to change clothes, transfer over to the bathtub and so on. Transfer should only be done from close points and should not be for moving a resident to a second location that requires some travel as this equipment is in no way a device for travel. The Lumex Easy Lift STS (sit to stand) is just that. It is meant to be used for residents who can still control their upper body but cannot fully place that weight on their own legs without a form of assistance.

The base legs are low-profile. At a height of only 4 inches from the floor. The low design allows the lift to slide in under most standard beds and hospital beds. A neat safety feature is a beeping indicator that not only warns you when the battery is running low but also when exceeding the weight support capacity. Each Lumex lift has its own set weight capacity as to which it will operate safely and efficiently. The lift will beep 4 short times and stop functioning if it feels the maximum capacity has been met. This feature is in safety for you and your residents’ safety. The capacity is different, based on the option you select. Durability is expected from the sturdy frame. Made of heavy-gauge steel, the frame will not bend or break due to stress on it. You can rest assured knowing the lift will provide both comfort and stability when transferring the resident. The 4 loop hooks are optioned, depending on the height of your resident. Adaptable to any need, whether simply lifting to relocate to another location, transferring to a wheelchair, or to use the restrooms facilities. The options of multiple lift slings aid for a variety of uses and requirements. A powerful 24-volt motor is able to support patients and residents of 400 and 600 pounds, great and perfect use for bariatric patients.

Comfort is integrated into the design of the lift, an adjustable and knee padded rest point for your knees keep them from getting bruised and hit by metal as you are being moved around. Comfort for the operator is also provided as the ergonomically designed hand pendant and handles offer a smooth feel for better handling of the lift while carrying the patient.
