The tri-layer foam core provides outstanding pressure reduction and protects against skin shear. Top layer of die-cut foam provides comfort and high-density foam rails offer safety and support. The Nylex LVT has a special coating that helps keep the mattress core dry and clean as well as being fluid proof, flame retardant and stain resistant. The inverted side seam helps prevent fluid penetration, keeping the inner core germ free. Five-year full warranty.
